Arthur's injury was just a scare
It turns out that the clattering that Arthur Melo received, which forced him to come off during the friendly between Brazil and Honduras, was nothing more than a fright.
The initial reaction after the challenge was not promising, even more so with all eyes on the Copa America, which gets underway on June 14.
Arthur appeared to be in a lot of pain and was in tears as he was carted off the pitch.
Having said that, it appears to have just been a knock and the Barcelonamidfielder is showing no signs of the pain he experienced in the immediate aftermath of the challenge.
However, just to be on the safe side, he will undergo tests this Monday to confirm whether he will be able to play in the Copa America.
The 22-year-old goes into the tournament in very high spirits and is said to be fully prepared and concentrated to help his team after a successful debut campaign at Barcelona.
